Refund policy

We are sorry your purchase didn't work out. We allow exchanges within 30 days from receipt. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Products must be in the original packaging with tags. Final sale items will not be accepted for return.

To start a return, please contact us at info@littleventureco.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. A store credit will be issued within 3 days after return is received and approved. $6.99 will be deducted from your store credit for the return shipping label. Please use a poly mailer or bubble envelope to return items. Additional fees may apply for returning items in large boxes.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
